*Medicaid participation is optional and varies amongst Privia Medical Group providers – please verify participation prior to your visit.
Note: You should always check with your Privia Medical Group provider to verify plan and product coverage as this is not an exhaustive list, and plans change frequently.
There are several options available to cancel and/or request rescheduling:
– Our confirmation emails and texts (if you have opted in to receiving them)
– Phone call to our office (or leaving a voicemail)
– Patient portal message
– If you signed up through ZocDoc, you can also cancel or reschedule there
Fee for late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice): $35
Fee for no-call-no-show (missed appointment): $50
These fees apply equally to in-person and virtual visits, as well as rehab and health coaching visits.
